Tearing into It

Andy started to take off the skin on the Hobo to see exactly what he was dealing with.  A lot of what he saw was what he expected so that is a good sign (?), hopefully. 

This was an expected leak, this is where the roof is leaking on to the dining table inside.

This was where the water heater was, under the futon.  Completely rotten floor.

Not horrible. The skin came off fairly easy. (says me who wasn't here for most of it )
